Roofing felt acts as a waterproof barrier between the sheathing and the
roofing material (shingles, etc.). Heely-Brown stocks a generous supply of 15 lb.
and 30 lb. felt. The difference in the products are the weight of the felt papers
(30 lb. has a heavier felt paper than 15 lb.) These products feature a premium
quality TAMKO organic felt that is saturated with asphalt.  Accepted for use as an
underlayment felt to be applied over the deck prior to the installation of TAMKO
